Christmas is over and we're all thinking about those new years resolutions - lose weight, eat healthy, exercise more. What better way to start off the new year with low fat, healthy delicious grass fed beef. We currently have beef available by the quarter, half or whole.
We are harvesting beef this month and it will be ready for pick up around January 8, 2011 - what a great way to statrt 2011 with nutritious, delicious grass fed beef!
Check our out pricing and information on our pricing and call us if you are interested in reserving. We usually sell out quickly so let us know as soon as you can, if you want to buy beef.

Thanks to all of you who promptly responded to our harvest notice. We have almost sold out - unfortunately, we had a very small harvest this go around.
We have one quarter available for anyone interested.
We hope to have more beef available late December or early January. If you are interested in reserving, you may send me an email with your name, phone number and email and amount that you want. We will put you on a "first call" notice and let you know as soon as we know we will be harvesting. You may reserve at that time with a deposit of 50%.

Unfortunately, due to increased costs in operations, we have had to increase our prices slightly - it is minimal and we hope you understand. New pricing is posted on the bottom of the how to order grass fed beef page.
We are weighing cows and planting our green house. Our okra harvest is about over and our Fall planting has started with:
Collard greens, Rutabaga, Brocolli, Mesclun lettuce mix, radishes, arugula, tomatoes and banana peppers. We plan to plant more items and may even have enough this year to sell along with our grass fed beef. We will keep you posted.

Thanks to all who purchased beef from our July harvest. We sold out very quickly and realize that there were a lot of customers who were not able to get beef. We are hoping to have a larger harvest early Fall so please stay tuned!
