Thanks for all your support - we should be harvesting again by year end or early January!
Thanks to all of you who promptly responded to our harvest notice. We have almost sold out - unfortunately, we had a very small harvest this go around.
We have one quarter available for anyone interested.
We hope to have more beef available late December or early January. If you are interested in reserving, you may send me an email with your name, phone number and email and amount that you want. We will put you on a "first call" notice and let you know as soon as we know we will be harvesting. You may reserve at that time with a deposit of 50%.
We hope your holidays are full of fun, family, friends and lots of great food from local sources!
